Entomology is the study of insects, these animals are very important in nature around the world. They are so interwoven into the economy of nature in so many roles for that reason we would have many different problems without them.

Arachnids are also a class of  invertebrate animals. All arachnids have eight legs, although in some species the front pair may convert to a sensory function. Almost all arachnids are terrestrial. However, some inhabit in freshwater environments. They comprise over 100,000 species, including  spiders, scorpions, ticks, mites, and others.

Most arachnids are carnivorous, typically preying on insects, and terrestrial, living on land. Arachnids provide an important service, keeping insect populations under control.
